I popped into Hulton Care Home this morning with a card and chocolates for Christmas. It's almost two years since my mum was here but I still remember what they did for my mum and family during that time when she was here. It was so lovely to see those familiar faces and be welcomed in this morning, even being given lunch! Thank you Hulton staff for your continued care.
