I popped into Hulton Care Home this morning with a card and chocolates for Christmas. It's almost two years since my mum was here but I still remember what they did for my mum and family during that time when she was here. It was so lovely to see those familiar faces and be welcomed in this morning, even being given lunch! Thank you Hulton staff for your continued care. This was my first visit and was pleasantly surprised at the setting and overall ambience. The home was light and airy and fixtures and fittings in good condition. There was an absence of a urine smell. On our way out there was an activity ongoing, a quiz to the sound of Motown. I am impressed. Review from Karen J (Sister-in-law of Resident)

Visited one of my eldest friends today. I have to say what a beautiful home. My friend said to me, it’s just like being at home. Lovely staff and great activities all week. Brilliant. Since mum came in, in January they have really looked after her. She has put on weight and eats better. The staff are so lovely from the cleaners to all the care staff. Fresh flowers on tables are lovely. She loves the milky coffee. They made her a lovely cake for her birthday. Mum being here has given me and my brother our lives back. Thank you so much.

Mum has been in Hulton Care Home since June 2024. A 97-year-old lady with all her facilities. Her care has been of the highest quality and she really now feels totally at home. Having her room recently decorated specifically to match her bedding etc, has been an added bonus. Knowing she has the care she needs 24 hours a day means everything. I visit on a fairly regular basis and invariably find the home to be welcoming, relaxed and friendly environment. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and the residents all seem happy and well cared for. I am able to sit with my relative in a different area in the home, and join her at lunch table if so requested. I have got to know the name of several residents and we enjoy a chat when I visit. There appear to be a wide range of activities and special events, such as Remembrance Day, Burns Night, Halloween etc. are all celebrated. Review from J R (Cousin of Resident)

IW - Well, what can I say, we are well and truly looked after at Hulton ! I enjoy living here and the staff are excellent ! nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is fantastic and I have a variety of choice. I love the activities that are provided and i regularly join in the fun and games. wonderful.

GR - I am a very fussy eater but, nothing is too much for the staff, If i diet like something there is always a choice for me. I especially love bingo nights at Hulton !

RS- I have been here for queit some time now, I like my own company and reading books in my lovely room. T he staff here are very nice and helpful. I love playing bingo on Fridays then enjoying the lovely dinner !

BW, I love being here at Hulton care home. I really enjoy the activities that we do especially the musical bingo. I have all my own things in my bedroom every my piano !! Every week, I get my nails done( not during the pandemic) the food here is exceptional, especially the tomatoe soup. If there is anything that I need the staff do their upmost to get it for me. Its Lovely !

GH- This is the first care home that I came to look at and I stayed, I am glad that I did, its lovely here. Because I like to chat, there are plenty of friends I have made here. We have colouring and baking activities here which is wonderful, these are activities I love. I would recommend this home to anyone !!

JS- I like Hulton care home, I have my own room and all my posessions are with me. I even have my own fish tank here. The staff and food is incredible. I would recommend this home to anyone too.

HW- I have been at Hulton care home for some time now. It is a fun place to be, we have lots of party's !! I get on with all the residents and staff, it really does feel like home. I food is very good here and the menus change all the time.

JG- I love being at Hulton, the staff, food and the activities are excellent !! I f i need anything at all, all I need to do is ask the staff and they are always willing to assist me. Fantastic place !

JRB- I really like it here, every day its really sociable. I love my bedroom it has a great view! I enjoy all my meals here. This place is really nice and the staff are lovely and helpful. I would recommend this place 100 %

Resident RS- This home is very clean and tidy. The food is very good here. We also have a sweet shop and I use it all the time! The staff are friendly extremely helpful, I would definitly recommend anyone to come and stay here !

Resident JS- I love livening here and I love the people here. I love playing bingo and snakes and ladders. I have my own fish here that I can look at all the time. I love going shopping and enjoy going to the pub for a quick drink. I love my bedroom with all my stiff in it. We have everything here including a shop, which we love.

Resident BW- The staff here are very helpful, especially Liam, when he is singing and dancing !! Love the various food we have too !!

Resident GH- I have lived at Hulton care home for some time now, this is the place I call home.I have made many friends including staff. The staff are very helpful when I need them most in the mornings. Activities are extremely varied. Really enjoy outings to museums. I especially enjoy the food here and there is plenty of choice, definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Resident MB- I have been at Hulton care home for 6 months now, I like it here and the food is really good ! I like my bedroom and the staff are extremely good. The home is especially clean!

Resident KW- I came to Hulton care home on respite and now I'm living here its great! I like my own space and watch movies in bedroom with my laptop. I love the days out to museums and seeing different places. The staff are very caring and helpful, they will assist me with my own care needs. The food is very good but if I want something different its really not a bother. great !

I have not been here at Hulton Care Home for long but I really like living here. Hulton is a lovely place. I enjoy meal times, you get lots of choice and the food is amazing! The staff at Hulton are great ! They are very helpful and friendly and are willing to always help you no matter what! In my free time Ii love playing bingo and going on day trips to see Blackpool Lights in the Hulton care home minibus!

I have been at Hulton for many years its simply fantastic !!! I love having my breakfast in the mornings and then followed by omelette's at lunchtime, the chef just gives me what I want to eat, its great!! I love my bedroom, its lovely and clean. My dog Bella stays with me and also keeps me company too. All the care staff are very helpful here, I have good conversations with everyone at Hulton. I am so happy here, I would not change a single thing, Thank you for looking after me so well !!
